Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager / Client Onboarding Specialist to join a growing healthcare technology organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring new clients successfully adopt and implement healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate will drive product adoption, guide clients through onboarding and implementation processes, and collaborate closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and training workshops for new healthcare clients.
Guide customers through the onboarding process, including product setup and implementation support.
Understand client goals and business requirements to tailor onboarding strategies that drive success.
Identify and remove onboarding roadblocks related to product usage, implementation, or support.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Training teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and transition.
Drive product adoption and ensure customers achieve value from the platform quickly.
Support customers with best practices, documentation, and resources to enhance their experience.
Assist in resolving client concerns and escalate issues when necessary to maintain strong customer relationships.
Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or healthcare technology platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering outstanding client experiences.
Ability to de-escalate client issues and maintain positive working relationships.
Comfortable learning and working with new software tools and systems.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with healthcare SaaS platforms or telehealth solutions.
Familiarity with customer success methodologies and onboarding best practices.
