Position - ServiceNow Developer
Location - Remote with occasional onsite work in Ogden, UT / Fort Meade, MD / Scott AFB, IL
Duration - 6-12 Months
Mode of Interview - Phone and Video

Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support configuration, development, integration, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. The role will work closely with technical and business teams to deliver workflow automation, ITSM capabilities, integrations, reporting, and CMDB solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of ServiceNow development.
• Experience configuring, developing, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ServiceNow OMT, TSM, and TSOM is a plus.
• Experience creating and maintaining Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, Roles, Dashboards, and scheduled reports.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and platforms such as Elastic, Netcool, and Kafka.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Experience with CMDB, data migration, data integration, and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Jira, Git, and Confluence is preferred.
• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and continuous integration/deployment is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
• DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret clearance during onboarding.

Additional Information:

• Primarily remote position with occasional onsite attendance for planning meetings, quarterly meetings, or critical support activities.
• Candidates should be able to commute to one of the following locations when onsite presence is required: Ogden, UT; Fort Meade, MD; or Scott AFB, IL.
• Standard work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
