Digital Assets Platform Support

Responsibilities

  • Support the production operation of digital asset platforms, including wallets, blockchain nodes, and transaction processing systems.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of systems supporting digital asset lifecycle management and transaction flows.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for incident, problem, and change management, including post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor system health across:
    • Blockchain nodes and networks.
    • Wallet infrastructure (hot, cold, hardware, multi-sig).
    • Transaction pipelines and reconciliation processes.
    • Latency, throughput, and network conditions.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to:
    • Transaction failures or delays.
    • Reconciliation breaks.
    • System performance degradation.
    • Anomalous or risk-flagged activity.
    • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to enhance platform stability and security controls.
    • Work with vendors and managed service providers supporting blockchain infrastructure, custody, and wallet services.
    • Contribute to observability practices, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting across distributed systems.
    • Support capacity planning and performance analysis for scaling blockchain nodes and transaction systems.
    • Participate in resilience and recovery testing, including failover, DR, and key-material backup validation.
    • Drive and implement automation across monitoring, reconciliation, and operational processes.
    • Maintain clear runbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing for production operations.

      • Qualifications

      Core Experience

      • 58 years of experience in:
        • Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering, OR
        • Electronic Trading / Markets Technology Support, OR
        • Payments / Transaction Processing Platforms.
      • Proven experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in fast-paced environments.
      • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.

        • Technical Skills

        • Experience with one or more: Java, Python, Go, or similar
        • Experience working in Linux environments.
        • Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
        • Experience with databases (Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis)
        • Strong experience with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
