Role Summary
The Business Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for driving operational efficiency, compliance, and insight generation through advanced analytics, AI tools, and intelligent process automation. The role partners closely with Fleet Management, Safety, Sustainability, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to simplify pro-cesses, automate reporting and controls, and elevate decision-making across the Fleet operation. Fleet leadership may also assign subsets of operational activities for end-to-end ownership.
A core focus of this role is the use of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) and AI enabled capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, accelerate audits and reporting, and support scalable operational excellence.
