Sr. Information Security Analyst

Position Overview

• Role: Sr. Information Security Analyst
  

• Location: North Kansas City, MO (Local, On-site)

• Type: C2H (Days, M–F regular shift with on-call as necessary)

• Department: Information Security

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Investigation & Response: Lead investigations into security alerts, threat events, and vulnerabilities across enterprise systems.

• Network & Infrastructure Security: Provide advanced technical security support to protect core infrastructure and network environments.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with network architects, system administrators, and application teams to execute security projects and resolve vulnerabilities.

• Documentation & Reporting: Author comprehensive security incident reports, operational documentation, and compliance metrics.

• Process Enhancement: Leverage IAM principles and SOAR/automation tools to enhance threat response efficiency.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of dedicated experience in Information Security.

• Solid hands-on background in Infrastructure & Network Security.

• Demonstrated ability to lead security event investigations and manage incident response.

• In-depth understanding of security standards, compliance regulations, and reporting frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare security experience, IAM, SOAR platforms, Bachelor''s in Computer Science, and certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISA, or CRISC.
