Role: Intune Engineer
Location: Dublin, CA – Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Intune Engineer to evaluate, design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Intune, mobile application management, Android Zero Touch, SOTI, iOS certificate deployment, and compliance integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate Intune environment readiness and identify gaps or improvements.
- Gather infrastructure and technical requirements.
- Develop and validate Proof of Concept (POC) solutions in non-production environments.
- Plan and implement production rollouts.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal teams.
- Develop solution designs, support SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues.
- Monitor Intune environment performance and identify potential issues.
Required Technical Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Strong experience with Android Zero Touch.
- Experience with SOTI MobiControl.
- Experience integrating SOTI with Intune for compliance management.
- Experience with Identity Provider (IDP) solutions.
- Expertise in iOS certificate deployment using Microsoft PKI.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-monitoring skills.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise endpoint/mobile device environments.
