Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM modules and experience building scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and integrations
- Support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems
- Manage platform upgrades, enhancements, and production support
- Create reports, dashboards, and automation solutions
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM
- Experience with CMDB, workflows, scripting, and integrations
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow best practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
