Role and Experience
· Create & maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings
· Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support applications.
· Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components,ec
· Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
· Identify unused or underutilized platform features
· Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
· Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
· DevOps/release management experience
· Assisting with requirements gathering, design and development
· Creating test cases or test scripts for unit testing
· Performing production support for IT systems
· Salesforce Development using lightning components Required
· Apex Coding, Flow Required
· Salesforce Admin experience Highly desired
· Omni Studio Highly desired
