IT Project Manager - Hybrid

Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise IT delivery by leading planning and execution activities. Requires 10+ years of experience, including state government (PAL), Agile, SaaS/PaaS (Salesforce/ServiceNow), and PMP certification.

1. Project Manager Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

1. Minimum of Ten (10) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity managing a minimum of 2 direct resources, several matrixed teams and interfacing with executive leadership.

2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing Project Management services to state entities on IT projects similar in size and scope. The Project Manager must have worked on a Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) approved project.

3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a lead project manager capacity in IT projects employing Agile Methodology.

4. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a lead project manager capacity on IT projects involving the implementation of cloud-based Software-as-a-Service or Platform-as-a-Service (PAAS) solution preferably a Salesforce or ServiceNow implementation.

5. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Organizational Change Management.

6. Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

7. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
