Qualifications:

15+ years of overall related experience with 5 plus years in Microsoft Business Applications Ecosystem.
5+ years of consulting experience.
Comprehensive understanding of the Power Platform.
Experience serving as the senior delivery resource for consulting engagements.
Experience leading teams in Scrum, SAFe, waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Experience in sales support role, particularly discovery meetings, demos, roadmaps, and strategy.
Proven domain expertise with experience building business cases, communicating client-specific value propositions and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Leading technical discussions with business and technical decision makers, including detailing technical specifications, product roadmaps, deployment, and third-party integrations
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record in leading teams, troubleshooting, fostering collaboration, and building client relationships.
Expertise with relational database concepts.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
Experience with Dynamics, RPA and creating generative AI solutions is a plus!
Active Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, etc.).
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell.
Understanding of Azure development fundamentals.
Experience using GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other source control management tools.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Systems integration and ETL experience.
