We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives across multiple IT Infrastructure teams. This role will oversee a large-scale user migration program involving stakeholders from infrastructure, security, and cross-organizational IT teams.
The ideal candidate will drive alignment across workstreams including Windows server and desktop environments, file storage, identity and access management, credentialing, and end-user device support. This individual will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, serving as the central coordination point and providing consistent communication and status reporting to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
· Establish and maintain a centralized project management structure across all technical workstreams
· Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure and security teams to align timelines, deliverables, and priorities
· Develop and manage detailed project schedules, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
· Lead recurring project ceremonies including stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
· Oversee release planning and deployment calendars across server, endpoint, storage, and cloud platforms
· Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, interdependencies, and blockers
· Implement standardized communication processes between technical teams and business stakeholders
· Produce and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and executive status reports
· Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications.
· Over 10 years of experience in Project Management
· Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies
· Demonstrated experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT infrastructure domains
· Proven success managing complex, interdependent infrastructure projects
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
· Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab)
· Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure components including networking, servers, storage, and cloud services
· Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT Service Management processes
· Experience managing change in enterprise IT environments
