Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data and AI applications, often leveraging emerging and cutting-edge technologies
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale GenAI solutions, including summarization engines and chatbot applications
- Apply sound judgment in selecting methods, tools, and evaluation criteria within broadly defined practices and policies
- Provide technical leadership by owning deliverables, assigning work, and resolving complex technical issues
- Translate business strategy and requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Ensure solutions comply with model governance and risk management standards
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor s degree (or advanced degree) in a related IS/IT discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Typically 10 years of overall IT experience, including leadership on complex, enterprise initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- 2 years of professional experience executing end-to-end Generative AI projects using:
- Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA)
- MCP (skills-based orchestration)
- Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
- LLM development frameworks ( LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Embedding models (e.g., all-MiniLM-L6-v2, nomic-ai)
- Evaluation frameworks ( RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize)
- REST APIs, FastAPI, WebSockets
- Enterprise data stores ( Redis, MongoDB)
- Strong Python programming expertise
- Frontend experience with Angular is a significant plus
