Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined project deliverables. The successful candidate will engage with multiple teams to communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.
Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and ensure delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
- Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines
- Gather and report status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor and stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution
Requirements: - 10+ years of end-to-end Project and Change Management experience
- Experience as a Release and Change Manager
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
- Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong project financial management skills
- Experience guiding projects through all phases, ensuring standards and processes are followed
- Hands-on experience with Change Management for handling and reviewing changes
- Work experience with BMC Remedy and ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desired skills: - Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Co-pilot, Automation, and Integration
- Scrum Master experience
Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54 per hour
