  • Design and implement sophisticated tax mitigation strategies for high-net-worth clients, including those involved in liquidity events, business sales, and complex financial transactions.
  • Serve as the tax expert in meetings with estate attorneys, wealth managers, and internal teams to ensure alignment of financial and tax strategies.
  • Monitor federal and state tax law changes and proactively update planning strategies.
  • Review and improve tax returns and strategies prepared by junior team members.
  • Mentor junior staff and help enhance technical tax knowledge across the team.
  • Provide clear and proactive tax guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
