Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EZ-CAP Developer/Consultant to support a leading healthcare client's benefit management platform. This role will focus on the development, configuration, migration, reporting, and ongoing enhancement of the EZ-CAP application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the latest version of EZ-CAP, strong SQL development skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare claims processing, eligibility, authorization, and managed care workflows.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to migrate healthcare entities onto the EZ-CAP platform, develop reports, perform data migrations, validate data accuracy, and support system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance applications within the EZ-CAP platform.
• Support migration of healthcare entities into the EZ-CAP environment.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Extract, transform, load (ETL), and validate data for successful system implementations.
• Develop and maintain reports using EZ-CAP Reporting Services modules.
• Work with EZ Net functionality and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with EZ-CAP.
• Experience with the latest version of EZ-CAP.
• Strong understanding of EZ Net.
• Experience developing reports using EZ-CAP Reporting Services.
• Experience supporting EZ-CAP implementations or data migrations.
• Strong SQL, T-SQL, and SQL Server development skills.
• Experience with data extraction, loading, transformation, and validation.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, eligibility, authorization, and managed care operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SSRS or other reporting tools.
• Experience working with ETL processes and healthcare data integrations.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer or managed care environments.
• Experience with performance tuning and database optimization.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards.
