Operations Systems Analyst / IT Systems Analyst
Location: Ridgeville, SC - on site
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to serve as the technical owner of the warehouse management system and the primary IT resource for a cloud-based environment. This role blends hands-on IT support, systems administration, and operational technology analysis within a multi-site warehouse operation.
This individual will oversee the performance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), support the evaluation and implementation of a modern WMS platform, and ensure the reliability of the devices and systems that support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities span cloud-based IT services, WiFi networks, security systems, device provisioning, basic cybersecurity, and backup oversight across multiple locations.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional role ideal for someone comfortable working at the intersection of technology and warehouse operations.
