Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI, NLP, and Generative AI/LLM development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing advanced machine learning models, performing complex data analysis, and delivering data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex data analysis to generate strategic insights and recommendations using advanced data visualization techniques.

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems.

• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

• Build and deploy NLP models and deep learning solutions using advanced architectures such as BERT, Transformers, CNN, LSTM, and ANN.

• Research and implement innovative AI/ML solutions aligned with evolving industry trends.

• Work with large datasets using big data frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, and PySpark.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise risk, governance, and data security standards.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall AI strategy and development.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, AI, and statistical analysis.

• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, SpaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and transformers.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• Strong knowledge of NLP and deep learning techniques.

• Experience working with PySpark, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and big data ecosystems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree with 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development, or

• PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience in a related field.
