OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with 2+ years of experience to provide advanced end-user support in a Windows-based environment. This role combines strong troubleshooting capabilities with hands-on experience in SCCM for endpoint management, deployments, and patching. The ideal candidate can work independently, take ownership of issues, and deliver a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals in a Windows 10/11 environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex OS, application, and performance issues
- Utilize SCCM for OS imaging, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint maintenance
- Deploy, configure, and support new hardware and enterprise-standard software
- Support Active Directory tasks including user provisioning, permissions, and group policy troubleshooting
- Assist with Office 365 support, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive issues
- Respond to and manage service requests and incidents through the IT ticketing system
- Provide support via phone, remote tools, and in-person interactions
- Escalate and collaborate with Tier 3 and infrastructure teams when needed
- Document processes, resolutions, and technical procedures to improve knowledge sharing
Qualifications- 2+ years of desktop support or IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support
- Experience with SCCM for deployments, patching, and endpoint management
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

Preferred- Experience in enterprise IT environments with standardized imaging and deployment processes
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, SCCM/MECM exposure)
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
