Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Experience: 7 8 Years
Tax Terms: C2C, W2
Location: Dallas, TX (once in a month need to visit Texas)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 7 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization, and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Lead end-to-end Salesforce development including configuration, customization, and deployment
Implement complex business logic, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes
Develop and optimize REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
Handle data migration and data management using Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and optimize performance
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into solutions
Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills & Qualifications
7 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth)
Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD
Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience with Experience Cloud / Communities
Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning
Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and web standards (HTML, CSS)
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (plus)
