Title: Release/Production Operations Coordinator-W2
Location: Charlotte, NC(Hybrid)
Hybrid 3 days onsite a week( rotational shifts)
Duration: 1 year/contract with possible extension

We are seeking a Control Room Support Coordinator to join our Release and Environment Management (REM) team. This role involves monitoring and tracking overall progress against plans, including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, upgrades, environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, checkpoint calls/notes, and handling ad-hoc requests across domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work in either AM or PM shifts and provide weekend support as needed.
SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Production Support.

Experience in automation to streamline tasks and reduce manual intervention, improving operational efficiency.
