Summary

Location & Work Arrangement

City, State: Lansing, MI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. (2 days onsite per week: Wednesday and Thursday).
Note: Candidates must be onsite from Day 1. Non-local candidates are welcome but must relocate prior to starting.
Interview Mode: Web Cam (MS Teams Video).

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & AI Platforms

Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, and SageMaker).
Design and optimize scalable cloud-native AI platforms to support machine learning and real-time processing.
Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows using Python and PySpark, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

Business Intelligence & Visualization

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau.
Create and optimize complex queries in Hummingbird BI Query and SQL for deep data extraction.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications and scalable data solutions.

Data Warehousing & Governance

Leverage Teradata Data Warehouse and ETL utilities to manage large-scale data environments.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in alignment with MDHHS standards and policies.
Provide performance tuning for dashboards and troubleshoot reporting tool issues.
