Role:                               AWS DevSecOps Engineer (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week)

Location:                       Berkeley Heights, NJ

Duration:                      12+ Months

Job Summary

A blend of Platform Engineer, SRE, DevOps / Software Engineer. Someone who can write code in the morning, build Terraform modules in the afternoon, troubleshoot EKS networking in the evening, and continuously improve the platform without being asked.

• Improve CI/CD reliability and deployment velocity.
• Expand self-service platform capabilities.
• Standardize GitOps and infrastructure automation patterns.
• Reduce operational toil through automation.
• Improve platform observability and operational excellence.
• Establish reusable platform templates and deployment blueprints.
• Enable teams to consume platform services with minimal manual intervention
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and proactively execute improvements.
• Collaborate effectively across platform, security, architecture, and application teams.
• Knowledge/ experience with KDBx, Nvidia NIMs, Grafana would be a bonus

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps experience.
• Strong software development experience in Python.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Strong hands-on experience with ArgoCD.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS networking concepts including:

o            VPC

o            Route Tables

o            Security Groups

o            Load Balancers

o            DNS

o            IAM

• Experience working with containers and container orchestration platform
