Job Description:

We are seeking two Senior Backend Engineers with strong experience in Python, AWS, and backend database technologies. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience with stream processing frameworks such as Kafka and Apache Flink and should be capable of designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems.

Key Skills (Must-Have):

Strong experience in Python backend development
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
Strong knowledge of backend databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / NoSQL)
Mandatory experience with Kafka and Apache Flink
Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
