- Develop clear, compelling narratives for data products to secure stakeholder buy-in and executive support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive clear problem definition and value articulation, including success metrics (e.g. cost and benefit estimates), so that there is a clear scope of implementation for the business analyst and development teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to clarify expectations, support execution, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
- Measure and communicate the business impact of domain and broader data initiatives.
- Collaborate across the Global Data organization to advance data quality, governance, and sustainability standards.
Process & Governance - Ensure transparency of data product roadmaps, progress, and prioritization in line with Product Excellence standards and the product development lifecycle.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on data management, data products, governance, and analytics best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, including data quality and integrity metrics, aligned to global data standards.
- Contribute to organizational planning by providing input on timelines, resourcing, and cross-team dependencies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related experience; MBA, PMP, CBAP or data certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data products, technology, or product-driven organizations.
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with data processing, ELT and ETL pipelines, and data migration practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Relationship building and the ability to influence without authority.
