Job Title: Account Executive / IT Sales
Location: Dallas TX

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive (IT Sales) to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling IT services, solutions, or staffing services, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services, solutions, or staffing
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand client business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–7+ years of experience in IT sales, technology services, or IT staffing sales
Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, or consulting models
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
Familiarity with US market and IT staffing/services sales (preferred)
