What You’ll Do
Drive aggressive market expansion by capturing new business and maximizing revenue streams within established commercial aerospace and defense accounts.
Architect a comprehensive three-year strategic sales roadmap and forecasting model designed to hit aggressive year-over-year revenue targets.
Cultivate enduring, multi-tier strategic partnerships across target organizations, building deep alignment from procurement agents up to executive decision-makers.
Engineer rigorous Capture Plans tailored to specific high-value aerospace programs, platform part numbers, and tier-1 aviation targets.
Synthesize market intelligence and platform production rates to deliver precise, strategic input on market dynamics and target pricing metrics.
Spearhead the end-to-end proposal cycle, maintaining a robust pipeline of RFQs and RFPs while conducting systematic post-submission follow-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support complex estimating activities, ensuring alignment with organizational core competencies.
Design high-impact corporate presentations and tailored marketing collateral in lockstep with engineering and program leadership.
Represent StaffRight Associates'' client portfolio at premier industry events and defense trade association expositions to elevate market presence.
What You Bring
Decade-plus Tracker Record: Minimum of 10 years of high-growth sales and business development experience embedded within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Sector Expertise: Deep, verifiable experience selling into military fixed-wing programs, commercial OEMs, and Tier-1 aerospace suppliers.
Technical Literacy: Strong literacy in vertically integrated build-to-print manufacturing processes, specifically composite materials and metal-bonding fabrications (e.g., control surfaces, structural panels, and landing gear components).
Regulatory Acuity: Familiarity with federal defense procurement frameworks and regulatory platforms (including FARs, DFARs, FAA protocols, SAM, and JCP frameworks) is highly advantageous.
Communication Mastery: Superior presentation skills with the ability to translate technical manufacturing capabilities into high-impact, value-driven client proposals.
Academic Foundation: High school diploma required; a Bachelor''s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Geographic Presence: Must reside in or seamlessly relocate to the Greater Tulsa, OK territory to support a localized hybrid structure.
Compensation & Total Rewards
Core Compensation: Highly competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $180,000 annually, aligned with executive-level industry standards.
