Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic market analysis and contribute to data-driven insights that influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

Validate, categorize, and analyze market, sales, and healthcare claims data to support internal stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive market tracking reports with actionable insights for leadership.
Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting tools using Excel or PowerBI.
Assist in updating market forecast models and identify trends to aid in strategic planning.
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather competitive intelligence and customer insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in IT, Marketing, Commercial, and Finance to ensure project success.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or market research.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced data manipulation skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.
Familiarity with diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare databases.
Knowledge of market modeling and competitive intelligence methodologies.
