Systems Design Analyst with Eligibility & Enrollment System (E&E) Exp. (Only G.C / U.S.C)

**Key Skills Required:**

- Clear verbal and written communication, including presenting to business and technical audiences

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a functional systems analyst for Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) applications, contributing to ongoing projects and system enhancements.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis by engaging business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring all needs are accurately captured.
- Lead system design efforts, preparing detailed documentation for functional specifications and solution blueprints.
- Support and coordinate across software development and quality assurance teams throughout implementation and testing phases.
- Ensure all work meets the specific standards and operational needs of the E&E landscape.

**Desired Experience:**
- Prior experience working with E&E platforms, preferably including the ACES E&E system or similar statewide eligibility and enrollment solutions.
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and analysis, especially within government or public sector IT projects.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
