Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience building, troubleshooting, or operating hardware systems
  • Experience developing software tools, scripts, or automation using Python or similar programming languages
  • Experience working with laboratory, manufacturing, or test equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software domains
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on engineering environment with significant laboratory and test-floor involvement
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently own technical projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing automated test systems, data acquisition systems, or hardware-in-the-loop test environments
  • Familiarity with instrumentation, sensors, DAQ systems, LabVIEW, National Instruments hardware, or similar test platforms
  • Experience with aerospace, propulsion, vacuum systems, thermal systems, or other high-reliability hardware
  • Experience designing custom test fixtures, support equipment, or experimental hardware
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
