Summary

Day-to-day product execution-managing enhancements, backlog, and initiatives. Translate leadership's product vision into high-level requirements, conversational requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior PM, conversational designers, engineers, authors, QA, DAT
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of chatbot features
- Participate in URT/UAT testing
- Track and surface risks, dependencies, and release issues
- Coordinate QA and delivery through release
Required Skills & Experience:
- ~5 years Product Management experience (or equivalent, incl. MBA)
- Strong experience writing product requirements and user stories
- At least 1 year of chatbot or AI-related experience (preferred)
- Understanding of conversational AI concepts: intents, journeys, flows, journey mapping
- Familiarity with Google/Dialogflow ecosystem (Dialogflow, SDKs, agent/sub-agent structures) is a plus
- Comfortable with AI/LLM technologies; must be pro-AI, not hesitant
