Summary

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
experience in QA, UAT, and/or Business Analysis supporting enterprise systems.
test automation experience, including automation strategy and converting manual testing processes to automated solutions.
Strong experience with test strategies, test cases, test scripts, functional, regression, integration, E2E, and UAT testing.
Experience translating business/functional requirements into testable scenarios.
Experience with data quality validation and data reconciliation.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar QA/test management tools.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, UFT, or similar automation tools.
Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a senior-level individual contributor capacity.
