Epic Tapestry Analyst - 100% Remote

We're looking for an experienced Epic Tapestry professional to support and improve healthcare payer systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both the Epic platform and health plan operations.

What You'll Do

• Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Epic Tapestry.


• Support claims, enrollment, authorizations, capitation, and payment workflows.


• Investigate system issues and work with business and technical teams to resolve them.


• Help with system changes, upgrades, testing, and implementations.


• Work with healthcare data, interfaces, and reporting.


• Help improve workflows and provide guidance to other team members.

What You Bring

• Epic Tapestry certification or another current Epic certification is nice to have.


• Hands-on Epic Tapestry configuration & build experience.


• Experience with health plans, managed care, or payer environments.
