Summary

Position: Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: ONSITE in San Antonio TX, 78216

Duration: 6 months+

Candidate must have:

Full stack experience with nodejs, express.js, next.js, prisma, postgres , javasript/typescript, react, azure cloud experience and really prefer experience using Cursor AI or other AI IDEs to write and validate code outputs.
Must have excellent communication skills to work in a Tech Lead capacity

Role Summary

Lead development of Core Backoffice platform including Recipe Master integration, Backoffice core logic, and React-based UI workflows in an API-first architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Build React UI for recipe, inventory, and food cost workflows

Develop APIs & backend services for recipe, inventory, and sales reconciliation

Implement core logic (recipe versioning, inventory flows, food cost calculations)

Integrate with POS, supplier, and ERP systems

Support event-driven, near real-time data processing

Required Skills

React.js (enterprise workflows, forms)

Backend: Node.js / Java / .NET

API & microservices architecture

Event-driven systems (Kafka / Event Hub)

Strong data modeling (inventory / transactions)

AI/ML

PostgresSQL

Azure cloud experience

Kubernetes
