Job Description:

10+ years of implementing and configuring HR Technology recruiting/ATS transformation programs.
Recent focus and hands-on experience with iCIMS.  Taleo background is a good thing.
Experience with HR technology implementations, change management, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Prior experience as a PM, deployment lead, functional lead, or implementation SME.
Experience facilitating CRPs, design workshops, and client-facing project discussions.
Prior SI consulting experience preferred.
