Summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison Support (LNO) to support the Soldier Medical Devices program across multiple Army locations. The selected candidate will serve as a medical logistics subject matter expert and provide critical support for medical materiel fielding missions, readiness coordination, sustainment planning, and logistics data management. This role will work closely with PM SMD, product managers, and unit stakeholders to ensure accurate logistics execution and successful medical device distribution operations in support of the U.S. Army mission.

Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison Support (LNO) Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Army medical logistics systems including TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PT.
  • Provide Medical Logistics Assistance Support (MLAS) to supported Army units.
  • Deliver technical guidance on Class VIII medical sustainment and readiness.
  • Coordinate with PM SMD, MED LCMC LARs, Medical Treatment Facilities, and Medical Logistics units.
  • Coordinate Class VIII re-supply requirements with supported units and the USAMMA Business Support Office (BSO).
  • Assist in developing requirement estimates and equipment density reports.
  • Support MES assembly management, maintenance service schedules, and materiel reconciliation actions.
  • Assist PM SMD Regional Managers with on-site fielding mission planning and coordination.
  • Coordinate manpower, travel, timelines, and mission requirements with gaining units and PM SMD FID.
  • Independently execute medical equipment fielding missions on behalf of the Government.
  • Perform required data entry, uploads, and approvals in the designated fielding system of record.
  • Execute medical materiel handoff and submit completed documentation within 48 hours.
  • Conduct Fault Systems Analysis and provide problem statements and recommended COAs.
  • Provide liaison support between PM SMD FID and regional USAMMC centers (Korea, Europe, SWA).
  • Advise units on medical equipment repair and return actions through USAMMA depots.
  • Provide recommendations on Class VIII procurement and medical sustainment strategies.
  • Assist in the development, distribution, and archive management of Mission Support Plans (MSPs).
  • Prepare reports, studies, technical documentation, and briefing materials.
  • Train units on medical readiness systems, MES sustainment tools, procurement processes, and web-based inventory applications.
  • Maintain required access and user proficiency in TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PT.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly logistics support status reports.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • OCONUS travel required based on operational needs.
  • Germany-based positions require DOCPER vetting and SOFA compliance.

Logistics Analyst IV, Medical Liaison Support (LNO) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in medical logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-Army, LMI-DST, and M3PT.
  • Experience coordinating and managing medical materiel fielding missions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize mission requirements.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and use PPE when required.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to contract requirements.
