Summary

The Program Manager - Data Platform & Snowflake is responsible for leading and coordinating delivery across Ecolab's enterprise data platform, with a primary focus on Snowflake and associated data engineering capabilities. This role partners closely with data engineering, analytics, AI, and business teams to ensure data initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to enterprise priorities.

The Program Manager provides execution leadership across complex, cross-functional programs, enabling reliable data ingestion, modeling, and consumption to support analytics, AI, and digital products across the enterprise.

What you will do
  • Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise data platform initiatives, including planning, execution, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
  • Support demand intake, prioritization, sequencing of data platform and data product work, and capacity planning processes for data platform work.
  • Manage integrated plans, milestones, delivery status for data-based initiatives
  • Proactively identify dependencies and risks, impacting data availability, delivery timelines, or platform stability.
  • Establish program governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and executive communications.
  • Define and track program-level metrics to measure delivery health, platform adoption, and business value.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working across the data ecosystem.
  • Support financial and operational transparency related to platform usage and optimization.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive predictable outcomes through influence and collaboration
  • Facilitate alignment across global teams to support enterprise-scale delivery through cross-team communication, executive updates, and decision-making forums

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 8 years of program or project management experience in data, analytics, or platform environments with demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with data engineering teams and cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, or platform-focused programs.
  • Strong skills in delivery planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
  • Experience operating in a large, global enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance concepts

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
