Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Manager, Financial Crime and Fraud, on the project, you will:
  • Act as the primary management and technical authority for contractor personnel supporting the client and project.
  • Oversee the execution of identity intelligence, screening, and vetting operations, ensuring all activities align with client mission priorities and meet established standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Provide senior-level expertise in support of complex operations, resolving challenging analytic issues, coordinating with interagency partners, and managing high-priority or time-sensitive requirements.
  • Direct contractor personnel, manages workload allocation, adapts to emerging mission needs, and maintains uninterrupted, high-quality operational support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership within the client,
  • Support the planning, prioritization, and execution of all related functions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and tradecraft standards while fostering quality assurance, workforce training, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Required :
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Contract Management, or Program Delivery
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting counterterrorism, screening & vetting, or watchlisting programs
