GenAI Product Manager

• It is a Hybrid position at Jersey City, NJ
  
• Schedule: 3 days a week onsite.
  

• Digital Product Manager, GenAI Product Experience, Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy frameworks ( AI Product Management, Infrastructure background, and MS 365 or Copilot ecosystem experience)
  

• Own the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through AI‑driven use cases while ensuring compliance with governance, Responsible AI principles, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead cross‑functional product delivery, including backlog management, prioritization, dependency tracking, and coordination with engineering, security, compliance, and vendor teams.
  
• Drive the execution of product releases and ensure seamless integration across the digital workplace ecosystem.
  
• Develop, validate, and scale AI‑enabled scenarios across Microsoft 365, balancing innovation with risk management and data privacy.
  
• Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure AI features are safe, compliant, and technically sound.
  
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, performance, user satisfaction, and ROI.
  
• Lead enterprise‑level change and adoption programs—including communications, training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement—to ensure sustained usage and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3–5 years as a Digital Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a large enterprise environment.
• Client Requires candidates with AI Product Management, Infrastructure background, and MS 365 or Copilot ecosystem experience.
  
• Hands‑on ownership of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva); Microsoft Copilot strongly preferred.
  
• 1+ year of applied AI / GenAI product experience, ideally involving enterprise productivity or collaboration tools.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC, including delivery execution, backlog management, and cross‑functional governance.
  
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change, communications, and technology adoption at scale.
  

• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or comparable enterprise tools.
  
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and data privacy frameworks.
  
• Prior experience in financial services or capital markets.
  
• Strong executive‑level communication skills and ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
