We are seeking a visionary technology leader to drive our core platform and engineering strategy, overseeing a global team and multi-million dollar budget. This is a high-impact opportunity to replace legacy infrastructure with modern, multi-cloud solutions and spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning capabilities to optimize a massive, complex operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct a global software and platform engineering team, championing technical excellence, comprehensive DevOps transformation, and the standardization of CI/CD practices with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Orchestrate a significant digital transformation initiative to migrate decades of legacy systems to a highly resilient multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud).
  • Spearhead the successful implementation of enterprise-wide AI/ML solutions, including advanced analytics and automation, to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.

    Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated true leadership experience managing global engineering teams and multi-million dollar technology budgets, with a proven ability to scale and optimize technical organizations.
  • Strong hands-on technical background, including recent experience contributing to code and architecture (e.g., 30-40% of time), ideally within a product or software-focused company.
  • Expertise in managing and migrating critical applications across diverse cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Oracle), ensuring high availability and compliance.
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive security and quality certifications (e.g., SOC2 Type 2, ISO 27001) and maintaining exceptional system uptime (e.g., 99.99%).
  • Experience driving complex, concurrent enterprise initiatives, such as ERP implementations and warehouse automation projects, to 100% on-time and on-budget delivery.
This pivotal role requires a technically deep, results-oriented leader to guide the platform engineering organization through a period of critical growth and comprehensive digital transformation.
