You will be responsible for the messaging data in transit to ensure the on-time arrival for you, your friends and families, and all passengers flying around the globe.
The systems you will manage support over 1,500 aviation customers, transmitting over 75 million messages daily across the Aviation community. Are you ambitious and have the diverse technical background to contribute to this incredible mission?
Employees working in Hybrid roles will regularly work >50% onsite and <50% offsite. The ratio of time working on-site will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Help the team deploy and maintain the rollout of the next generation of products and services and transition customers to the new platforms.
Support the global data centers (installs, upgrades, configure, test, support system software, and security audits of hardware) and instill customer confidence in our products.
Monitor and respond to everyday issues and problems and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support the Software Development Team by administrating team tools and processes.
Keep up with the demands and tech debts of the existing infrastructure as we move to the new and advanced infrastructure.
What You Will Learn:
Deepen your knowledge and understanding of using Linux to deploy sophisticated COTS and Collins web-based applications and microservices.
Learn how aviation data moves behind all the airline ticketing and baggage check-in, how engines transition data to their services, how passenger information is transitioned across country borders, and overall how the aviation industry moves.
Gain insights into team dynamics and how to foster collaboration, trust, and effective communication within our teams. There may be occasional off-hour tasks and meetings.
