Responsibilities

As an AWS Cloud Systems Administrator with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have the opportunity to do the following:

Responsible for sustainment and enhancements of the customers AWS GovCloud operating environment.
Responsible for supporting the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) activities of multiple software teams who design, develop, and deploy web technologies.
Work within an environment of rapid growth and must anticipate and respond effectively to mission needs as they emerge.
The position duties include monitoring and sustaining the DevSecOps pipeline (i.e. GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, K8, Xray).
Work with development and customer support teams, providing technical and operational support.

Qualifications

4+ Years experience as a Cloud/DevSecOps Systems Administrator
2+ Years Knowledge/experience with platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, SonarQube, K8, ECS, EKS, etc.
2+ Years in an AWS GovCloud Environment supporting DoD
1+ Years experience/knowledge of DISA and DoD Policies
Secret Clearance Required or the ability to obtain a DoD Secret (SSBI) or Top Secret Clearance
DoD 8570 IAT II Certified (Security + or equivalent) REQUIRED
Highly proficient oral and written communication with Technical and Management staff required

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $80,100.00/Yr. - USD $133,700.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. AMERICAN SYSTEMS provides for the welfare of its employees and their dependents through a comprehensive benefits program by offering healthcare benefits, paid leave, retirement plans, insurance programs, and education and training assistance.
