The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with vendor management team, procurement team and other internal IT team on problems of diverse scope, third party SaaS product and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering, business partners and test team to drive products from strategy phase, requirement gathering, user story creation, design completion to volume production release. Performs various tasks to verify and validate product designs. Influence other leaders and teams, works with business and other teams in relase planning and roadmap. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience
- Knowledge Anaplan Implementation Experience
- Database Management ( Data lake, SQL)
- Resource, Procurement and Vendor Management process experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Experience leading system implementation enterprise-wide projects
- Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
- HR System knowledge
- Experience with unit testing and mocking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or other Advanced Degree
- Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
- Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
- Six Sigma certification
- ITIL certification

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$117,600 - $161,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
