Nabors is seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented intern to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making within a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with our analyst team to support strategic procurement initiatives, generate actionable insights from data, and contribute to continuous process improvements. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze procurement and supply chain data to generate actionable insights that support informed business decisions. Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, supplier markets, and cost drivers to support strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement projects.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
- Ad-hoc Analytical Support: Provide analytical support to the Procurement & Supply Chain team on special projects and emerging business needs, delivering timely data insights to inform decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling presentations and reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid analytical skills, including foundational knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles and practices.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a strong commitment to personal and professional development.
