Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Java Full-Stack Architect / Technical Lead with deep expertise in Java backend systems, modern React frameworks, and real-world AI integrations.
This is not an ivory-tower architect role. You will design, code, review, and own solutions while working directly with clients, product teams, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is someone who can own architecture decisions, write production-grade code, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What You'll Do
Architect and build end-to-end full-stack systems using Java and React
Remain hands-on with coding, reviews, and technical decision-making
Design scalable, cloud-native architectures
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications
(OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, embeddings, RAG, intelligent workflows, etc.)
Lead front-end architecture using modern React frameworks
Own backend design using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
Collaborate directly with product owners, business users, and clients
Explain technical trade-offs and architecture decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Review architecture, code quality, security, and performance
Act as the single technical point of accountability for assigned solutions
Mentor engineers while staying deeply hands-on

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall software engineering experience
Strong hands-on Java backend development
Expert-level experience with React (modern frameworks, state management, performance)
Proven experience designing and owning full-stack architectures
Real production experience with AI integrations, such as:
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs
LLM-based features
Prompt orchestration, embeddings, or RAG patterns
Strong understanding of cloud-native application design
Experience working in client-facing roles
Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in Agile delivery environments
