The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an AI Engineer to join their dynamic team.

This is a high-impact role focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive real business value. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intelligent systems into production and contribute to meaningful, forward-looking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into real-world applications

Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML

Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability

Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and opportunities for AI solutions

Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

Support the development of scalable AI frameworks and tools

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML models

Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Solid understanding of model training, validation, and optimization

Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing

Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment strategies

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Nice to Have

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision

Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications

Familiarity with software development best practices (e.g., version control)

Experience working in Agile environments

AI/ML certifications
