SAP BODS ETL Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BODS ETL Consultant to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS), SQL, ETL development, and data migration. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data integration solutions, supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidates with experience in Banking/Financial Services, particularly FR Y-9C regulatory reporting, nCino, Decision Engine, and Turbo CAR integrations, will be highly preferred.

Experience Required

• 6-10+ years of experience in SAP BODS, ETL, and Data Integration
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Delivery

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and modernization projects.
• Participate in solution design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive workstream execution across project phases.

ETL Development

• Design, develop, and automate ETL pipelines using SAP BODS.
• Develop SQL Stored Procedures for enterprise data processing.
• Build robust data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

Data Integration

• Develop integration workflows between SAP and enterprise applications.
• Extract and integrate data from:
  • nCino
  • Decision Engine
  • Turbo CAR
• Coordinate interface development with technical teams.

Data Migration

• Support SAP data migration activities.
• Validate migration readiness.
• Perform reconciliation and production data verification.

Testing & Deployment

• Prepare Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT scenarios.
• Support defect analysis and issue resolution.
• Assist in deployment planning and cutover activities.
• Provide post-production stabilization support.

Business Collaboration

• Conduct client workshops.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Promote SAP best practices and fit-to-standard processes.
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials.

Compliance

• Ensure ERP controls and audit compliance.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Follow enterprise governance standards.
