Solution Architect

• The Solution Architect will serve as a technical leader within the customer s automation community of practice, driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• This role is responsible for defining architecture standards, leading development teams, implementing integrations across complex systems, and ensuring adherence to best practices in automation, software design, and lifecycle management.

Architecture And Technical Leadership:

• Serve as a technical leader in the customer s automation community of practice.
• Lead development teams in executing large-scale, cross-functional automation programs.
• Define and support automation architecture standards and technical guidelines.
• Prepare complex technical specifications and analyze user requirements.
• Establish standards for scripts and automation work products to ensure maintainability.
• Drive development and implementation of automation solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

• Develop automated tools and scripts according to specifications.
• Implement integrations between complex applications and systems.
• Thoroughly test developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
• Adhere to best practices for software design, documentation, retention, and deployment.
• Support version control workflows and code promotion processes.
• Utilize scripting, object-oriented programming, and multiple programming languages.
• Work with YAML and JSON for data serialization.

• Work with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve and prevent technology issues.
• Gather and document business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all customer standards and policies.
• Actively participate in lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructure.
• Provide support for simple to complex production issues, including potential after-hours support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous enhancement.

• Apply knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Utilize agile, lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies in solution delivery.
• Apply testing best practices and policy-based management principles.
• Support development of technical standards and governance frameworks.

• Knowledge of automation domains and infrastructure domains.
• Knowledge of REST and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of AI, AIOps, and Machine Learning applications.
• Knowledge of application development and support practices.
• Experience with healthcare technology environments.
• Strong skills in automation architecture and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in scripting and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD workflows.
