Key Requirements
- Minimum 3+ AI project implementations (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on development experience (not just architecture)
- Experience with:
- Graph RAG, Agentic applications
- LangGraph / deep agent frameworks
- LLM patterns, trade-offs, and enterprise limitations
- Ability to design and build AI solutions, not just conceptualize
- Good to have:
- Ontologies, semantic layers, knowledge graphs
- AI observability, experimentation, and evaluation practices
Candidate Profile
- Strong AI/ML engineering background
- Capable of both strategy + hands-on coding
- Familiar with modern AI tools and frameworks
