Must Haves
Bachelor s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field
Proven experience in product ownership or management within financial services, client onboarding, or customer relationship systems
Proven Product Owner (PO) experience owning backlog, user stories/acceptance criteria, and release planning in an agile delivery model.
Demonstrated ability to manage a product roadmap and make prioritization tradeoffs using value, risk, and capacity.
Strong experience with data-centric products, including data ingestion/onboarding, data mapping, and supporting data quality and reconciliation.
Working knowledge of Operational Data Store (ODS) / data platform patterns and end-to-end data flows from source systems to curated datasets.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams in a matrixed environment, including dependency management and execution governance (milestones, RAID).
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements (including integration and reporting needs).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail
Proven track record of leadership within matrixed teams, including task assignment, coaching, and mentoring
Teamwork/collaboration mindset with a demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders across functions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome ambiguity
Prior experience with Agile methodologies and a robust understanding of full software development lifecycle

Advanced understanding of Product Management and Design Thinking principles and ability to expand these capabilities across teams
Familiarity with commercial real estate (CRE) domains (transactions, lease administration, projects) and related tool ecosystems.
Experience replacing legacy platforms with high-dependency integration footprints.
Hands-on exposure to Power BI (or Tableau) delivery practices, semantic modeling, and KPI standardization.
Experience with data governance practices (definitions, lineage, stewardship, access controls) in a regulated or complex environment.
History of working on multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product teams
Experience guiding the management of resource needs, dependencies, and stakeholder solution requirements
Demonstrated ability to advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure consistent and cohesive delivery across products
Background in building business cases and measuring delivery against defined success criteria
