Posting Description

SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER, MIT Open Learning , to design, build, and optimize front-end experiences across its learning platforms, including MIT Learn, which reaches millions of learners worldwide. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives execution in a fast-moving, product-focused environment. Working closely with UX and product partners, will help define front-end architecture, component patterns, and a shared design system. The role blends deep individual contribution with technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, reviewing code, leading design discussions, and championing best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
